The Aster House Apts. is strictly non-smoking, although ashtrays may be provided on the verandah and sundeck. Anyone smoking within the building will be immediately evicted, as this would be a violation of the safety and fire code.
Well-behaved children are always welcome. Please bear in mind that the apartments are not child-proofed. As it is an older building, The Aster House Apts. is not wheelchair accessible, but there are only six steps to each main apartment.
