High Tea and Astrology
Astrologer Sonja Foxe will lead a discussion on Astrology, introducing "the astroGizmo, a social amulet" which is a name tag with five graphic fields and one positional variable keyed into the individual's astrosocial energies. Basically, the 'Gizmo is a simplified horoscope - a distillation of and a guide to how to put cosmic energies to work for you socially. Your Gizmo will be your placecard at The Tea - and the seating charts will be arranged by Sonja, seating you next to or between others whose communication factor is compatibly placed. The price is just $25 per person. Please include your birth date, time and place and the name or Avatar you want on your Gizmo/placecard. The Mansion's next High Tea will be on a Sunday afternoon. The complete price is $75 per person. Our Resident Chef and Director of the Heat and Spice Cooking School, Mr. Joe Sochor creates in-home dinner parties throughout the Chicago area. He brings his experience in teaching cuisines of the world's tropic zones and his own education at Cordon Bleu, Chicago, to every menu he prepares. He has taught at numerous city locales including the Field Museum and the Chicago Botanic Gardens, and is seen annually at Taste of Chicago.
