~ Rates & Payment Policy ~

All stays include local phone calls and 24-hour complimentary coffee or tea. The entire mansion may be booked for groups up to nine guests. Chicago hotel tax of 12% is added to all rates.

To book your stay, please mail the completed reservation form along with a 50% deposit. via a personal or business check on US funds, travelers' check, or international money order made out to Frances Ramer. Upon receipt of your deposit, we will send a confirmation and directions. The balance is payable upon arrival. For your convenience, we accept personal or business checks on US funds, travelers check, cash, or international money orders. Payment by a bank transfer may also be arranged.
